Who are Unsolved Online Creations?
With Lockdown 3.0 looming and, let's face it, inevitable, there was frightening uncertainty within the industry. We knew we needed to create something that would not only keep ourselves, but everybody else sane. We (Stacey Harcourt and John O'Neill) spent the majority of 2020 doing everything we could to #KeepTheatreAlive, but it's 2021 now and time for a shake up.
What is 'The Lollipop Man?'
The Lollipop Man? is an online, interactive, investigation series taking place throughout the whole of February.
It's January 1st 2000. We're in Salford, and the local Lollipop Man has been found dead by the river. Despite a long, nationwide investigation, the killer was not found and the case was closed. 21 years later, the case has been re-opened and we need you to discover #WhoKilledTheLollipopMan. You will have direct access to interviews with each of the suspects, receive exclusive footage and be the first to receive new information.
What do I need to do to be involved?
Firstly, well done for making it here! This is your first stop, as it will be here where you will find all of the evidence, findings and information throughout the case. Think of this as base. Anything you need to know will be here. You must make sure you have completed our Jury sign up form to ensure you get all of the links and resources you will need.
What will my donation be used for?
The industry is on its knees and people are out of work more than ever! We pride ourselves on this project as it will employ so many creatives both in front of and behind the camera. Your donation will go towards making this project a profit share between all creatives involved to pay them for their time, talent and effort. Donations have been set up on a pay what you can basis and the donation link will be live for the entirety of the project.
